Louisa Dearlove is the founder of Fenxiang, Hong Kong’s first peer-to-peer fashion rental and resale platform, driven by her mission to foster sustainable fashion through community sharing. With a Master’s in English Literature from The University of Edinburgh, she brings a wealth of experience as a leader and project management professional, having served as Chief of Staff at ReThink HK and worked with brands like Vivienne Tam and W Series. Her diverse career spans fashion, tech, and sustainability, including roles at Dun & Bradstreet and as a founding team member at OPUS, where she honed her skills in scaling businesses. Passionate about meaningful change, Louisa leverages her expertise to elevate brands and combat fashion waste with Fenxiang.
