Since founding Redress in 2007, she has steered the organisation’s course from a small and brave startup to its position today in influencing a more sustainable future for fashion globally. Now as Board Chair, Christina delivers Redress' message to the world through talks, seminars and thought-leadership pieces.

Ms Karen Ho joined WWF in May of 2008 as Business Engagement Leader for Climate programme. She works on climate and energy issues in Hong Kong and China, engaging with businesses and industries across the spectrum to initiate, lead and oversee the development of climate programmes.

Ms Ho assumed a new position as Head of Corporate and Community Sustainability in August 2017. As the Low Carbon Manufacturing Programme (LCMP) and Low-carbon Office Operation Programme (LOOP) continue to grow, she will also foster collaboration initiatives that are making the community and corporations more sustainable.

An accomplished senior executive, Ms Ho held senior management positions in several Fortune 500 companies prior to joining WWF. She holds a Master degree of Business Administration from University of Surrey, UK and is accredited as Chartered Marketer by the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK since 2001.

Louisa Dearlove is the founder of Fenxiang, Hong Kong’s first peer-to-peer fashion rental and resale platform, driven by her mission to foster sustainable fashion through community sharing. With a Master’s in English Literature from The University of Edinburgh, she brings a wealth of experience as a leader and project management professional, having served as Chief of Staff at ReThink HK and worked with brands like Vivienne Tam and W Series. Her diverse career spans fashion, tech, and sustainability, including roles at Dun & Bradstreet and as a founding team member at OPUS, where she honed her skills in scaling businesses. Passionate about meaningful change, Louisa leverages her expertise to elevate brands and combat fashion waste with Fenxiang.

Nassim Secci, founder of The Happy Space Co., is a professional organizer and former corporate lawyer whose journey from a high-powered legal career to a purpose-driven entrepreneur inspires transformation. Born in Washington, D.C., Nassim navigated the demanding world of international law before stepping away to prioritize her well-being and family after becoming a mother. Her passion for decluttering and organizing her own home sparked a mission to help others—particularly women juggling multiple roles—create calm, intentional spaces that foster clarity and balance. Through her Hong Kong-based company, Nassim empowers clients with intuitive systems that simplify daily life, reflecting her belief that an organized space is the foundation for a fulfilling life.

With over 15 years experience in the environmental nonprofit sector, Nissa leads the Redress team from our Hong Kong office, driving our vision and mission; overseeing strategy and planning; and managing daily operations. Prior to this role she headed up production for our flagship programme, the Redress Design Award, as our Events Director. Before joining Redress, Nissa was concurrently the Editor in Chief at award-winning sustainable lifestyle magazine Ecozine, and Event Director at the Hong Kong Cleanup, a nonprofit focused on waste reduction. Nissa believes that everyone – consumers, brands, policy-makers – needs to come to the table if we want to ensure a sustainable future.
